The software is capable of producing a Certificate of Compliance with International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) standards, as well as confirming compatibility with the ePhoto format.

Biometric License Software is compatible with a wide range of printers, including models from DNP, Mitsubishi, Citizen, Fujifilm, HiTi, Sinfonia, Epson, and Ciaat. This versatility allows users to choose the printer that best suits their needs.

For convenient and efficient photo capture, Biometric License Software supports camera tethering. This feature enables live view on a PC display, allowing users to capture photos directly from the camera. Currently, Canon cameras are supported, with Nikon compatibility expected to be added in the future.

In the case of the UK ePassport format, Biometric License Software provides customers with a unique "photo code." This code is ideal for online applications on the UK Passport Application website, streamlining the process for users.

As of my knowledge cutoff in September 2021, Biometric License Software is compatible with Windows 7, 8, and 10 operating systems. However, it's always recommended to check for the latest system requirements and updates from the software vendor.

ID Photos Pro 8 is a professional software designed for a quick and automatic ID Photo Processing Solution for International Passport, ID and Visa Photographics in compliance with ICAO and local regulations. The Software comes provided with a built-in database with over 280 ID formats covering 87 Countries, putting this software as the perfect solution.

DID YOU KNOW
Unlike typical photo editing software, ID Photos Pro 8 has been developed especially for Passport, Visa and ID photography. This is why it is ensured to be one of the fastest, precise and efficient tools on the market today. Within 10 seconds you are able to load the image, proceed through the verifcation process before printing.

ID Photos Pro 8 uses properietart alogorithms to detect the facial biometrics, before instantly alinging and cropping the image to ensure it fits your specified local passport / ID requirements. The software will also check for potential issues for rejection such as mouth expression, sunglasses, reflections, backgrounds and mnuch more.

The wizard will lead the operator through 4 steps to ensure your Passport photo is perfect. For each specified format, the requirements are displayed by providing tips and suggestions informing you how the photo should be taken (e.g. colour backround, head direction, facial expression). Because of this, it is possible for anybody to make an ID photograph, even for the most exotic countries.

French ePhoto Format: The software is one of the few approved for France's National ePhoto Program. Operating with Wacom tablets to capture the signature required in the ePhoto application process. The ePhoto feature requires an additional GIE registration fee (please ask for details)

GDPR COMPLIANCE

As from version 8.3, ID Photos Pro gained new functions supporting GDPR compliance, including dedicated GDPR Assistant.
The Assistant regularly controls and recommends optimal software security settings.

ID Photos Pro is a locally installed software. It does not send or process photos automatically for the purpose of identifying a natural person. Furthermore, id does not record the so called biometric points. Using ID Photos Pro is secure and does not require the obtaining of the customer's consent to use it to process their photos. With settings recommended by the GDPR Assistant, it is fully compliant with the provisions of the Regulation.

SECURED CLOUD STORAGE (OPTIONAL EXTRA - CHECK FOR PRICES)

Secured Cloud Storarge (SCS) is the new GDPR-compliant service dedicated to ID Photos Pro, for a fast transfer of all ID formats to the customer. It allows a more secure option for uploading photos, in complaince with GDPR rather than sending them via less secure methods such as USB Drives or CDs / DVDs

Sending a photo to the Secure Cloud Storage generates a unique secure Photo Code which the customer can use to download their image onto their own computer and smartphone.

Additionally, the SCS can deliver a UK ePassport format with the unique "photo code" allowing an onling application for the British Passport directly from the UK Government Passport Application Website.
